Course fees and Refund Policy

Registration & Administration Fees (including manuals, processing and uniforms where applicable) are
payable immediately upon approval of the application and are non-refundable.
Course fees are payable prior to the start of courses. Any special arrangement for payment has to be agreed between Flymates Management and the student prior to commencement of training. No further arrangement will be entertained once the student has started attending classes.
Our course fees are subject to the following refund policy:

If the student withdraws from the nominated course at least 08 days before the first day of the course,
Flymates will refund the course fee;
If the student withdraws from the nominated course within 01 week before the first day of the course,
he/she will receive a 75% refund of the course fee;
If the student decides to withdraw from the nominated course once it has started, he/she will receive no
refund of the course fee;
In the event of rescheduling or cancellation of a Flymates course:
Flymates will refund any course fees paid by the student. Flymates will also try to accommodate
alternative arrangements acceptable to the student.
Flymates cannot be held responsible for any financial loss incurred by the student due to rescheduling
or cancellation of any Flymates course.

Disclaimer:

The Cabin Crew Course is a definite asset for the student and will give him/her an increased competitive edge when applying for a cabin crew position, but it does not in itself constitute a guarantee of interview and/or employment, as there are many factors that govern employers’ decisions for selection and recruitment.
We at Flymates will constantly endeavour to provide to the potential student the best preparation and coaching in view of a successful future career in Aviation. However we shall bear no responsibility for a student’s failure at being selected and/or recruited.
Flymates reserves the right of entry to its courses. Selection of candidates is based on the results of profiling exercises carried out prior to registration, wherever applicable and derived from the general criteria set by airlines.
